FRIDLEY, Minn. (July 10, 2012)—Verus Corporation, a network infrastructure management company that has completed more than 500 network installations, announced that Prime Time Companies has merged into the organization.

Prime Time Companies is an IT coaching and consulting business. The agreement brings 60 new clients and the top talent of Prime Time co-founders Paul and JoAnn Evans to Verus.

"We have collaborated with Paul and JoAnn for several years, and it is especially fitting to have them join Verus as we approach our 10-year anniversary," said Kevin Willette, owner of Verus Corporation. Effective today, Paul Evans has joined Verus as a network engineer, and JoAnn Evans is a corporate account executive.
