IT Service Desk Technician
Verus is looking for a client focused IT Service Desk Technician to provide remote technical support to our clients. This role is responsible for maintaining service excellence through:
- Providing first level contact and communicating resolutions to customer issues
- Monitor service desk for client submitted tickets and resolve based on priority
- Install, support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely
- Properly escalating to senior engineers for next level support
- Guide client end users through issue resolution process
- Following up with customers to provide feedback and seek complete problem resolution
- Documenting and maintaining customer service records
- Utilizing excellent customer service skills to convert customers into fans
- Other duties as directed
