The State of Remote Work 2022 [Pulse Survey]

Over the past two years, remote work or work-from-anywhere, has revolutionized the way we hire, retain, and attract employees. Based on the latest Gartner data below, over 80% of executives are satisfied with their current remote work policy even though the majority of them admit managing a remote workforce is more challenging. The top listed challenges were social interactions, HR onboarding, and cybersecurity.
