The State of Ransomware [Pulse Survey]

2021 could go down as the year of many things but in our world, it was definitely the year of ransomware. We witnessed the largest ransomware attack ever which affected over 1,500 businesses with government, education, healthcare, and services industries hit the hardest.

The FBI defines ransomware as a type of malicious software, or malware, that prevents you from accessing your computer files, systems, or networks and demands you pay a ransom for their return. Ransomware attacks can cause costly disruptions to operations and the loss of critical information and data.
